There are Christmas markets all over Vienna, and they are all great.  They all have shops and good and drinks.

The biggest one is at Rauthausplatz, then there is Maria-Theresien-Platz, and then Schonnbrunn Palace has one, Karlsplatz, etc.  They are all over.

Each of these places offers its own souvenir mug, which you put a deposit on when you buy the drink, but if you don’t return it, you can keep it.
