My agent Jun Yoshino brought me to this little sushi place that was near Hibiya station.  Tucked away on the fourth floor somewhere, it was one of those pay one price for certain items, but fresh as fresh can be.

The place was packed and we did some damage!

We start out with Hamachi, Tai, Uni, Mackeral, yum, yum, yum.

Then some more serious stuff including Ikura, Ebi and more Uni.

And then my dish that I could eat all day long.  Otoro, Chutoro, Uni and then hand rolls of Otoro.  My goodness, so good.
