The little food court behind People’s Park Complex has some nice hidden gems.  This is one I like.  I love Fried Dumplings.  And when I get them I like to go to stalls that specialize in them because that’s what they do.  Not just as a side dish to other major places, but as the main dish.  Such is the case here.

Yes, they have three other things on the menu, but here it’s either the Fried Dumplings or the Boiled Dumplings.  For S$10 you get about 20 of them, fried up nicely in the pan for you!

Beautifully crisp, and inside is a nice amount of meat and vegetables.  Dipped in Vinegar and some chili, and you have a winner!
