When you go to Tsukiji Market, everyone tries to eat at the two sushi places located right within the market.  The major problem is that the line is very long and the waits can be amazingly long.

But you have to try and see.  I went, saw that the line was about 3 hours long and said forget it, I’m going to go right outside the actual market and have sushi somewhere else.  It’s just as fresh, the line is not as long, and it’s just as good.

That’s where Sushi Say comes in.  Two stories, two locations.  Fresh fish, great service and just as yummy.

All you have to do is look.  Otoro and Hotate.

Ika and Shad.

Ebi and Kani.

Uni and Ikura.

And I need to add more Otoro, Uni and Tamago.

Go once for the experience inside the market.  But on the next trips, try it outside of the market.  You won’t be disappointed.
