I tried staying at a new hotel in Shanghai this time, Anting Villas, in the French Concession area.  Walking around looking for a meal, I found the lovely chain Hengshan Cafe.  I hadn’t been before, so I decided to give it a shot.

It’s Cantonese food, but just how good is it?

I decided to try the Roast Goose.  Not bad, good flavor, nice and juicy.

One from my childhood.  Beef with Egg Sauce on rice.  What a huge portion, and it took me back to my childhood days for sure!

A little on the expensive side, but still, a nice place.
