Settled in for a nice lunch after visiting a customer in Bangalore, and we went for some nice North Indian food at the Taj Vivanta. Paranda is a North Indian restaurant at this hotel, and the service and food were outstanding.
We started out with a board of vegetables and condiments to go with our meal.
The Garlic and Butter Naan were awesome.
Chicken Tikka. They used the thigh here, and let me tell you, the juiciness and the spices were right on mark for me.
A little Ambi Paneer. The cheese is stuffed with some more vegetables and this was also quite a nice bite.
Aloo Ghobi, one of my all-time favorites. The potatoes were soft and nice, the cauliflower perfecct and the spices, again, perfection.
To top it all off we had some Pistachio Kulfi to finish it off. Yum.A little high class, but the food was outstanding.
