I am back at Shinagawa Ramen Alley again!  A quick ramen before I head off to the airport.  神仙 (Shinsen) is a newer addition to the alley, replacing the Black Miso Ramen shop that was here, Keisuke.  So, let’s try!

Here is the menu. I am going to go with number 6, the Rich Pork/Miso Ramen with Extra Pork.  I was thinking about the number one though.  Maybe next time. To our handy dandy vending machine! A nice seat inside, where they ask you how done you want your noodles.  Soft for me please.And here we go! I have to be honest, it’s a little thick.  The soup is intense and cloudy and thick.  I had to water it down a bit, add more bean sprouts to cut it a little.  But, is it ever good.
