We found ourselves at Blk 341 in Ang Mo Kio and the Teck Ghee Court Food Court for some Bak Kut Teh and Pig Trotters.Mui Choy Kidney Soup.  I didn’t try this, because I don’t like kidney, but the soup is the same as the Bak Kut Teh. Here is the Bak Kut Teh.  Peppery, very Chinese style.  It’s good, no doubt about it.  But average. But this is the star of the stall.  Pig Trotters.  Fatty and non-fatty portion.  The meat is flavorful, tender and plain awesome.Definitely go there for the Pig Trotters.
