I was looking for a quick breakfast and stumbled across Viet 9, right in Toa Payoh Central.

Operated by a lady who has been in Singapore for nine years, she is real friendly and has pride in her shop.

The Banh Mi looked fresh and interesting so I ordered the Traditional – cold cuts.

The bread was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The meats were enough to have the veggies compliment it. The chili was just enough to make it a great Banh Mi.

I was impressed with my hidden find!
