Original Penang Kayu Nasi Kandar – Penang

Original Penang Kayu Nasi Kandar is an institution in Penang. This Mamak shop is great for a meal.

So what did I go for?

From the top left going clockwise – Bindi (great freshness and crunch on the veggie), Kubis (still a little crunchy, the way I like it instead of total softness), Kari Sotong (the squid is so soft and tender with a nice bite of chili), Daging Hitam (the beef was so tender and the curry deceptively spicy) and finally Ayam Bawang (Chicken was so tender).

I can’t say enough except I had to stop because I wanted to try more!!!!
