Sin Dong Yang is a Char Kway Teow stall located at Lucky Eatery Food Court near the SPICE Convention Centre in Penang.

While not a great plate of Char Kway Teow, it has a lot of different elements like Smoked Duck, Duck Eggs, Surimi, etc.

But it’s missing the wok hei and the chili that I love for Penang Char Kway Teow.
