First Culinary is located at ITE in Ang Mo Kio and it’s not exactly what you expect to find at a educational institution.
But the food is ok to feed a lot of people.
Peking Duck is on special here, and while the skin is nice, there is just something missing abt the taste.
The Char Siew and Roast Pork were nice though. Very tender and crispy.
Claypot Crab was another special. The crabs were about 700g. Fresh and sweet.
Fried Prawns were fresh and good as well.
Prawns with Fried Egg, Yam Ring, Tofu, Spinach with Eggs and Lop Cheong with Veggies were all standard.
The noodles were interesting and quite bland.
Price is good for a big gathering and the food will fill, but not satisfy.
