Bánh Cuốn Gia Truyền specializes in Steamed Rice Rolls – basically a Vietnamese version of Chee Chong Fun.

They make everything to order so it comes to you fresh and so tasty.

One order of Minced Pork and one order of Prawn, with a side of Cinnamon Pork Cake.

The texture is smooth and delightul! I was a little less excited about the filling of the minced pork, not exactly great. and the prawns were tiny, but crisp and fresh.

The Pork Cake was also ok, better in small slices on Banh Mi if you ask me.

Overall, I enjoyed the Chong Fun, but not so much the fillings. The Crispy Shallots and Coriander on top are ok for me too.

A must try though, at least once.
