Tầm Vị – Hanoi

Tầm Vị was awarded one of only four Michelin Stars in Vietnam this year and I was brought there by a colleague of mine.

The traditional looking restaurant is set down and alley and it is really a beautifully decorated place.

The menu boasts almost 100 items but we found a few that were traditional and also updated.

We started with a version of Summer Rolls without the Rice Paper. I actually found this more refreshing and lighter to start.

Next up was Braised Pork Belly with Vietnamese herbs and spices. It looks Chinese but you can taste the Vietnamese influence for sure.

For Veggie we went with some Sweet Potato Leaves which were fresh and delicious.

To top if off we went with Snail and Green Bananas. Awesome taste and definitely traditional with a modern spin.

A great eating experience here for sure.
