I kept hearing about the unique way of cooking Fried Chicken at Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ Su Su, so I had to experience the Waterfall Fried Chicken for myself.

The owner has built a contraption that showers the chicken with hot oil to create a crispy chicken layer on the outside.

I was quite hungry, so I ordered a Chicken Leg plus an extra Breast and Wing.

The chicken was indeed crispy on the outside and still tender and juicy on the inside. It was also seasoned nicely and was a great version of Chicken Rice.

Tucked away on a side alley near Bui Vien Walking Street, you have to have some keen eyes to see it, especially at night. But it’s worth the search.
