One of the most beloved institutions in Danang is Madame Lan. With a huge menu and great scenary the place has a lot of good reviews.

We went for a variety of dishes here, including the Banh Xeo. This one was nice and crispy and full of veggies and meat. This was a pretty good version.

Fried Fish Spring Rolls – these were fresh and crisp and really nice. Similar to my Catfish Spring Rolls at Highway 8.

Steamed Squid was very flavorful, as was the Pork Shoulder and the Roast Chicken.

The Snails in Lemongrass broth were outstanding. Snails are a way of life in Vietnam, and these were done nice.

This is definitely a place to go for a more toursity restaurant feel in Vietnam, which you have to do every once in awhile even though street food is great.
