焼きあご塩らー麺たかはし銀座店(Takahashi Ramen Ginza)

Ramen Takahashi was our first meal in Tokyo. We landed after the red-eye and went looking for a quick lunch before exploring.

We found Ramen Takahashi, and they specialize in Salty Ramen. It was quite interesting to see just how Salty.

They use a Salty broth base and then include regular Char Siu, but also include Salty Ham or Pork depending on what was ordered.

We went with a Yakiago Special Salty Ramen, which has everything including Salty Ham on top of it. This was a bit salty for sure! A rice came with this, as you are supposed to put the rice in the leftover broth and slurp it all up afterwards.

Niboshi Soy Sauce Ramen was a different broth, and you could tell that the salt level was less than the Salty Ramen.

We also got a side of pork rice to go along with the soup.

You can find so many different kinds of Ramen, you have to read and see as not all Ramen is the same! It’s awesome!
