My final stop in Bologna was Ristorante Teresina.
A small place located off a street in an alley way leading to a smal indoor eating space. So exquisite.
A small menu, but big on flavors.
For starters, there was a Grilled Octopus, Prawn and Anchovies, Fried Courgette Flowers, Burrata and Bread.
Wow, oh wow. So fresh and good.
For the main I went with two types of pasta – both of which Bologna is known for.
Taglietelle Ragu Bolognese and Tortellini Ripieni di Ricotta e spinaci.
The Bologonese is on point, but it was not as flavorful as I imagined, but it was quite good.
The Tortellini was stuffed nicely and the Butter Sage sauce was a great taste to it without being too buttery.

My wife and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant three times on our May visit ti Bologna. The experience was memorable and the service excellent. Don’t miss this little gem.
Reasonable price, great local wine and majestic food.
