The Dragon Chamber – Circular Road

The Dragon Chamber is famous for being one of those hidden in plain sight restaurants.

When you enter, there are a few tables and chairs and a cooler.

Open the door and you enter!

After a short hallway, you come into a nice space that is highly decorated and looks pretty cool.

How about the food?

We started off with Iberico Char Siew. This was pretty good. Nice mixture of fat and meat, flavoring was right there.

We then went for the Tea Smoked Chicken. This was a highlight for me. Tender with the nice hint of Tea Smokiness. A really good dish.

Then the fun stuff!

Flying Noodles with King Prawns and Scallops. The noodles are fried so it’s appearing to be flying or standing on ira own. Then the sauce is poured in and served.

The taste was awesome. The seafood was huge and fresh and the flavor was so good.

Next up was the XO Red Coral Trout. This was deboned and fried, and served with the bones fried. Great flavor and presentation.

A really fun place with good food. It’s not cheap, but it is an experience.
