Firebirds was recommended as a place with a good selection on the menu and a nice place to celebrate a birthday. It certainly was that.

We celebrated my mother’s birthday with some pretty good food.

I had the Chilean Sea Bass, which also had Shrimp, in Lime Butter Sauce on Grains with Vegetables. This was pretty good, and not as heavy as it looked. But I still did not manage to finish it.

A nice Sirloin for a few at the table. It came out exactly as ordered and was tender.

Then there were Ribs, which were fall off the bone.

And the Salmon Salad was also pretty good.

Bread and Salad were also top notch. A good place to celebrate.
