Vui’s Kitchen – Nashville

Vui’s Kitchen is one of the go-to places for Vietnamese in Nashville.

It’s quite meant for the local crowd though.

Chicken and Beef Pho had great soup flavor, but the ingredients were a bit lacking.

The Pork Belly Banh Mi had one major fault – the bread was terrible. Microwaved and toasted. So it wound up chewy, not like a baquette. The Pork Belly was also too thick, but the veggies and Pate were good. Not really a good sandwich.  The Dumplings were also not too good.

Good for the masses but not really for me.
