Sugarfire Smoke House is one of the famous BBQ places in St. Louis. The chef has beaten Bobby Flay (which is always good to see).

We went late one night and all they had was Brisket and Turkey. They were pretty tasty.

Glazed Carrots and Hash Gratin with Brisket were pretty nice, along with Broccoli Salad.

The next day we got the Ribs. These were spectacular!

So was the Mac and Cheese. We also got the Corn and a side of Jalapeno Cheese Sausage Link.

One of the better St Louis BBQs out there.
