Foundry STL is St. Louis’ version of the cool reimagined industrial building turned Food Court.

There are some usual options here and some more unusual.

For example Kalbi Taco Shack makes their version of Bulgogi Tacos. Pretty good, along with Kalbi Quesadillas.

There is also BBQ, here it is Pulled Pork from Expat BBQ.

Then there is some different. Chez Ali’s, which is Afro Caribbean.

The mixed platter with Jerk, Curry and Special Chicken on Rice. Lovely!

A lot of interesting things here, it takes multiple times to go through and eat it all.
