Karne Garibaldi was explained to me as a place to get typical Guadalajaran food.

That typical food is a soupy mix of meat and beans with tortillas.

It was also explained that this place holds the Guiness Book of World Records for fastest service from order to the table.

It was indeed fast, perhaps less than 20 seconds from the time we ordered!

Karne en su Jugo, Meat in Juice, was served and it looked pretty good!

Now I am not a fan of beans, but put the meat in a Tortilla, then some sauce, grilled onion and soup and it’s not bad.  Eat it with Guacamole, Salsa, etc as well.

An experience, not really for me though.
