We had our tasting for our Wedding in a private setting and the food was just outstanding. One of the reasons we chose the Mandarin Oriental for our Wedding Banquet.
The first dish was the Mixed Platter. Sushi, Lobster Salad, Jellyfish.
The soup was awesome. Shark Fin’s Soup with some pork. Everyone loved it!

Abalone and Sea Cucumbers
Braised Miso Cod. Yum.
Pork Ribs. Really sweet and nice.
Chili Crab with Mantou. No shells!
