A quick trip to our local wet market and the food court there.  The Old Airport Road Wet Market has a morning food court that is mostly made up of your basics, Bee Hoon, Drink Stalls, Fishball Mee, Wanton Mee, etc.  There is one nice You Tiao stall there though that sells some fresh homemade You Tiao – Johnson You Tiao.

The finished product is nicely crisp, but as with all You Tiao, it must be eaten soon after leaving the oil or else it won’t stay that way.
