A day trip to Batam for work or leisure always involves eating something.
We went for a meeting and decided we wanted Indonesian food. Pressed for a little bit of time we chose this place in the Batam Centre MegaMall.
We started with Gado Gado, standard Indonesian food. Pedro had never had it before.
Next was Pempek Campur, which was 3 different kinds of fishballs. One was nice, fishball with egg yolk in the middle. And it was shaped like a fish.
The main dishes were pretty nice. Pedro and PK went for Nasi Timbal. It was the Ayam Goreng with rice and some soup.
I went for something more simple, Nasi Kuning. The Tahu with it was nice, and the Ayam nicely fried with great taste.
The food quite nice, price quite nice, with 4 drinks and service about 181,150 Rph.
