This is Hakka-style Yong Tow Foo, where you get a set amount of fishballs, fishcakes, etc. Whenever we are at People’s Park Centre, we see a queue for this. So one morning, we were there a little early for brunch and decided to try this. For us, there was no queue today.
There is a set menu for their standard Yong Tau Foo set. It’s noodles, dry, with some minced chicken, and then fishball, bean curd, fishcake, etc. plus some vegetables in a sesame sauce for $4.50. Quite a nice deal.
A nice little meal, not bad at all.
