This one stall in Old Airport Road usually has a very long queue and I often wonder why. My parents say it’s great, friends say it’s great, the internet says it’s great. So I have to try.
I always go for Fried Fish Bee Hoon, the thick Bee Hoon. I also do not add milk, I don’t like that creamy consistency of it.
The fish here is fried nicely, there is still cripsiness after soaking in the soup. The soup itself is very fragrant, a little taste of prawn shells and shrimp paste, but it’s still nice. Not too salty at all.
I enjoyed this, it’s not the best of the best, but it is quite nice. Worth it to buy this.
