Shinagawa Station is a very busy place, there is no doubt. In the Prince Hotel complex, there are also a few restaurants. 水の賦 高輪店 is one of them. It’s a nice Shabu Shabu place. But as we found out, it’s more than that, as it offers a set course meal with Shabu Shabu!
We started with some small dishes of various items.
Then some real fresh sashimi.
A Japanese version of a tomato.
Now time for Shabu Shabu! Here are the sauces.
Our Shabu Shabu soup!
The Veggies first.
Cook, cook, cook!
Next round of veggie before we get to the Shabu Shabu!
And here is our beef selection. Some Tongue, some flank, some tender fatty portions. It all looks so good!
After finishing up that, we got a crispy rice ball in tea. So nice!
And some ponzu ice cream for dessert!
Shabu Shabu is a classy style. Interesting.
