We were looking for a nice place for a late breakfast or early lunch, so we went for brunch instead.  One of the places that people recommend near our house is right in downtown Bothell, Alexa’s Cafe.

It’s pretty casual inside, and the menu is classic “cafe”, “diner”, “brunch”, etc.

I was in the mood for some pancakes, so I went with the Lemon Poppy Pancakes.  Light and fluffy, just the way you expect a pancake to be.

Lena went with the Crab Benny.  It was done just right, the sauce is good Hollandaise.  A very good Benny.

Not amazing, but really good for your visit and your money.
