We were looking for some more brunch type options, as we were in between. We wanted lunch, but I wanted some breakfast foods. Thus, we decided on Bar Dojo. They have a brunch which is well known, and their regular menu in the evening has an Asian style slant. So it was going to be interesting.
The brunch menu was not Asian slanted at all, but rather normal brunchy. Either way, the atmosphere was nice and laid back and we proceeded to order.
First up was Lena’s Bar Dojo Burger. It has an egg, Beecher’s Cheese, and Applewood Smoked Bacon on a Potato Bun. The fries were pretty good, and the burger was nicely done.
I went with the Applewood Smoked Bacon Benedict. The bacon was nice and crispy and plentiful, but the potatoes were the star of this dish! Wow, they were crispy and awesome, fried nicely. This is a winner because of the potatoes.
