One of the must eats in Nurnberg is theNurnberg Sausage.  Small little sausages grilled to perfection.  And there are many places to get it, but Bratwursthäusle is known as one of the oldest places to get these little sausages!

8 of them is just right, and the side of Sauerkraut is needed!

Such a great smoky flavor, not too salty or sweet.  This was awesome!  The Nurnberger Sausage lives up to its name!
