The Fourth of July means a BBQ!  The day before July4, we decided to try this local BBQ joint.  Carolina Smoke BBQ is supposedly one of the best in the area.

We went for the Assorted Platter, where we choose 4 meats and got 2 sides for $17!

We went with Pulled Pork, Tri-Tip, Ribs and Brisket.

Brisket was the best, the Pulled Pork ok, the Trip-Tip a little dry and the ribs, not my favorite.  The Mac and Cheese was a little dry, but the potato salad wasn’t bad.

Would I go back?  I think I’ll try other BBQ places first.
