Road Trip!  Off to see Mount Rushmore, so we flew into Denver, hopped in our rental car and on the road we went.  We stopped in Cheyenne, Wyoming for a quick lunch, and found Wyoming’s Rib and Chop House.  Looked like one of the best spots in a pretty quiet town on a Saturday afternoon.

The menu was pretty Western, here is a Pork Chop Sandwich.  Mango-Jalapeno glaze with Peppers and Onions on a bun.  Not bad, a little dry, but ok.

Fried Green Tomatoes with Crab Meat and a Balsamic Glaze.  Interesting to say the least…

And Lena’s favorite, and honestly mine to of the meal, Satin Pie.  Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese, swirled with melted Hershey’s bars.

You’re in Wyoming.  This is what you get.  Good for what it is.
