Having just gotten back to Singapore, we haven’t gone to the renovated Bedok Interchange Hawker Center.  There used to be some good stuff there, is it still there?

Inspirasi is one of my favorites.  Mee Rebus, Ayam Soto, it’s there, is it still as good?

How about the Lor Mee from Mei Xiang?

Yum!

You can change the way the outside looks, but the test is in the taste of the products.  And that’s what makes Hawker Centres so great.
