A quick stop for lunch saw us in downtown Limerick at a place called O’Connor’s.  It was open for a late lunch and looked like it had traditional Irish food, so we decided to go.

What is more traditional than Shepherd’s Pie?

Nice stew on the bottom with the mutton, and the mash on top perfectly browned.  A great hearty lunch!
