Quận 5 is a newly opened stall that features Vietnamese food.  I hadn’t seen one at Old Airport Road, so I checked out the menu and decided I needed to try it!

It’s located in the back corner, a little bit of an out-of-the-way spot at Old Airport Road.  Definitely not as busy as the other sections.

I went with the Pho Bo Tai, though I was tempted by the Bun Cha Gio, I wanted to try the soup.

Wow!  The soup was amazing! Deep in flavor, a little twinge of sweetness and just warming. The beef was pretty good in amount as well.Don’t forget this place when you go to Old Airport Road, you’ll be missing something.
