How about a little Seafood Hot Pot? Wong Tee Plaza has a bunch of restaurants and it’s relatively new so some of them haven’t even been explored yet. We chose the two-story 九號碼頭 (Nine Piers), where the bottom is more table/bar service and the top level is Hot Pot.
We chose their signature soup broth, which is nice and yellow.
Added some items and away we go!
Stomach. Hey, the guys like it. And yes, I like it too.
A type of Loofah, it’s quite nice when put in the soup.
Mantis Prawn Sausages. I have not seen this before, so I had to try. Very briny tasting, not sure about it.
Minced Cuttlefish, definitely one of my favorites.
And the piece de resistance! The Seafood Platter. Look at all the freshness and goodness there is here! Yum, yum, yum!
And the guys needed Beef. Not sure why, but they wanted it. Who am I to say no?Love fresh seafood in this part of China, it is awesome and cheap. This was about 500RMB total!
