Hong Kong and Roast Goose. Two of my favorite things. I have my favorite in Chan Kee, but when someone says Michelin Star Roast Goose, I have to go check it out. So I ventured over to Wan Chai to check out Kam’s Roast Goose.
I needed to get Roast Goose. But should I get anything else? I was debating on whether or not to add the Suckling Pig or Roast Pork, but just decided on the lovely Roast Goose Leg.Smooth, tender and delicious.
It’s really good, but honestly, I still prefer Chan Kee. But you know what, you can’t go wrong here!
