I’ve seen this Taiwanese place in Plaza Singapura’s new wing before and wanted to give it a try, but never seemed to choose it. Today, we did.
Prawn and Crab Meat Hor Fun. Pretty standard. Lu Rou Fan. This is interesting as the meat is not minced or cut into small piece. The meat is quite large sized. It needs more gravy to make it better. Beef Short Rib Noodles. This was pretty awesome, the highlight of the meal. Oyster Mee Sua. Pretty good! The tea selection is also quite nice.The best dish to me was the Short Rib, which is definitely not very Taiwanese. But, the food is good.
