Michelin starred Ramen from Japan in Singapore. There seems to be more and more of it in Singapore, so you have to try. I haven’t gone to the one in Japan, so I have no comparison, only if it’s good to me or not.They really tout the Michelin thing!

My egg
I went with the Shoyu version. The broth is so infused with the clam and it tastes pretty good. The rest of the ramen is also quite good.
It’s good ramen, but I still am not sure what makes any Ramen Michelin, but I know that it is good.
