Breakfast in Sarawak means two things to me – Laksa and Kolo Mee.  Lotus Cafe has stalls that offer both of these.

Sarawak Laksa – Curry flavored and definitely different than Penang or Singapore or Katong style. Kolo Mee.  Springy noodles in a dry version.Sawarak breakfast!
