Now Bun Cha is known as a Hanoi dish, but it is good anywhere.  This shop has it more upscale than usual.

Sit by the window and watch the motorbikes go by. Start off with the Crab Rolls.  Yum. Then you get your Bun and the veggies. And the meat comes out on a small grill. Such goodness.More upscale than normal, but still pretty good!
