There are quite a few nice places in Japan Town at Wisma.  Rang Mang Shokudo is one of them. It is Karaage at its finest. Freshly made, crispy and flavorful. A variety of dipping sauces (these are Ume, Yuzu and Green Onion Salt) and an Ice Lemon complete an awesome meal. If you like Fried Chicken, I think Kaarage is better than KFC.
