Kaiten Sushi in Tokyo! Too many to describe, but just oustanding!

When I am in Japan I purposely avoid “traditional” sushi like Salmon, Maguro, Ika, Ikura, etc (actually I don’t usually eat those anywhere). I go for items which I never see or are unable to order unless I am in Japan or even with locals.
I do have my usuals in Otoro and Chutoro and Uni, but I always add something to try and this is no different.
