Jewel on National Day, as we wanted to try something different, we went for this stall which uses Salmon as it’s main ingredient in all the dishes.The Singaporean Salmon Burger with Sambal Slaw, Cucumber, Pickled Onion and Salted Egg. Quite a nice bite and pretty good and I find the price (S$9.90) quite reasonable.

Then we also had the Chili Crab Salmon Bowl. This was a special for Singapore National Day. Some good heat on the sauce and not a bad bowl all around.

The Salmon Skin – I didn’t get to taste because my 3 year old ate them all right after I took the picture 🤣It’s quite a nice bit of food, I would try it again.
