It has been awhile since I had Mr and Mrs Moghan’s Prata. In fact the last time was at their old location at Crane Rd. Now at Tin Yeang Coffee Shop on the corner of Joo Chiat Rd and Dunman Rd, it was time I visited again. The menu remains the same, with a wide variety.  Too many to try at once for a first timer, so always go for the usual – Kosong and Egg.  Though Plaster and Coin are definitely worthy also!The Kosong Prata is nice and crispy and soft inside. The Egg Prata is pillowy inside and the Curry is fantastic. It truly is one of the best Prata in Singapore, if you don’t mind at least a 20 minute wait.
