Another anticipated opening in Singapore is Luke’s Lobster. Located right inside Isetan on Orchard Road, it’s a pretty small area.I have tried it in Tokyo before and it is fresh and tasty.

In Singapore I had to give the Trio a try. Half of three different Rolls – Lobster, Prawn and Snow Crab. The Prawn was disappointing, nothing special in my eyes. The Snow Crab was better, but still lacking for me. The Lobster is heads and shoulders the best. Fresh, Crisp and full on flavor. Skip the others and go straight for the full Lobster Roll.
