Trying to celebrate Thanksgiving in Asia is tough sometimes. Turkey is not cheap, the ovens are not big enough sometimes and it’s hard to find.
That’s why when I moved to Asia 14 years ago, I started eating Duck for Thanksgiving. Roasted, Peking, etc.
That tradition continues this Thanksgiving with Duckfeast 2.0 at Duckland!Half a Roast Irish Duck
Duck Confit with Waffles
Prawn Wontons (We could have had Salted Vegetable Duck Soup as an option instead).
There was also Ice Cream as a dessert.
Each dish was fresh and well flavored. Definitely a worthy eat!
Happy Thanksgiving from Singapore!!!
