Duckland – PLQ

Trying to celebrate Thanksgiving in Asia is tough sometimes. Turkey is not cheap, the ovens are not big enough sometimes and it’s hard to find.

That’s why when I moved to Asia 14 years ago, I started eating Duck for Thanksgiving. Roasted, Peking, etc.

That tradition continues this Thanksgiving with Duckfeast 2.0 at Duckland!Half a Roast Irish DuckDuck Confit with Waffles

Duck Fat Fries

Duck Fried Rice

Fried Duck Wings

Asparagus

Prawn Wontons (We could have had Salted Vegetable Duck Soup as an option instead).

There was also Ice Cream as a dessert.

Each dish was fresh and well flavored. Definitely a worthy eat!

Happy Thanksgiving from Singapore!!!
